Behavioral Therapy
Carewhizz Hulimavu provides Behavioural Therapy for children, including ABA, on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. We help children build communication and daily living skills and reduce behaviours that get in the way of learning, with clear plans and training for parents.

Understanding
Behavioural Therapy looks at what a behaviour is communicating and what happens before and after it. Therapists then teach new skills that work better for the child, such as asking for a break, waiting, sharing or following routines, and reward progress in positive ways. For general guidance, see the WHO fact sheet on autism.
At our Hulimavu centre, behavioural therapists work with speech and occupational therapists so goals are consistent. Parents are involved from day one and learn strategies to use at home and school.
What we cover
Our Hulimavu Child Therapy centre offers:
For children with speech delays, language difficulties, autism communication challenges, stuttering, and feeding difficulties. Our SLPs use play-based, evidence-based approaches tailored to each child's communication profile.
Helping children with sensory processing difficulties, fine motor delays, handwriting challenges, ADHD, and self-care skills. We use Sensory Integration Therapy, Handwriting Without Tears, and DIR/Floortime among other evidence-based approaches.
Supporting children with motor delays, cerebral palsy, muscular conditions, and orthopaedic issues. Our paediatric physiotherapists focus on building strength, coordination, and mobility in a fun, motivating environment.
Evidence-based behavioural intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder, focusing on building communication, social, daily living, and academic skills while reducing behaviours that interfere with learning.
Support for children experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, trauma, or adjustment difficulties. Our psychologists use child-friendly therapeutic approaches including play therapy and CBT.
Intensive, structured therapy for children from birth to 6 years who show signs of developmental delay or neurodevelopmental conditions. Early Intervention produces the best long-term outcomes — the sooner therapy begins, the more effective it is.

Many children have difficult days. Consider an assessment if your child:
Has frequent meltdowns, aggression or self-injury that are hard to manage.
Struggles to follow simple instructions or routines at home or school.
Has limited communication and uses behaviour to show wants and needs.
Needs help with daily living skills such as dressing, toileting or eating.
Has a diagnosis of autism or ADHD and needs a structured skills plan.
An assessment helps us understand the reasons behind the behaviour before planning support.
